Everything is made from scratch, using real butter, milk, and cream, high quality chocolate and all natural flavorings and liquors. Some of my cake recipes contain nuts, so please use your discretion when ordering.

**Fondant is the exception. We do make our own fondant so it tastes much better than commerically prepared fondant, however it does contain food dyes which are not natural and the base is made from marshmallows. If you are concerned about this, simply peel the fondant off and don't eat it. Our cakes have 3 layers of filling with a layer of buttercream underneath the fondant.
